Its again that time of the year when the weather throws tantrums with dust all around, excessive wind and rising temperature. You know that summer has almost arrived and your skin starts revolting with rashes, tanned skin and pimples due the weather change.Well this summer you can combat it all with a few simple tips. There is of course no two ways about the importance of healthy diet that we all read up all the time but the one thing that I would like to share with you is the benefits and wonders of the one simple thing which if added to your daily life helps you to tackle the weather's tantrums better. I am talking about the Diva juice, mother natures best drink Coconut water...
Its a very pure liquid second to water and offers the the body a lot of goodness. Coconut water can do so much for you it is absolutely amazing! Drink coconut water on a regular basis to get a smooth and lovely complexion, you will see the difference in a month. Drinking pure coconut water on a regular basis will help to reduce wrinkles and sagging skin, giving strength and elasticity to the skin.  Something we all want as we get older. Hydration is an important key to beauty. You probably know that dehydration can lead to illness and other health disorders but what many do not know that dehydration can also cause skin problems. If you are dehydrated, your kidney and other bodily systems have difficulty ridding your body of toxins and other harmful substances. So instead of exiting your body through your urine, this toxic build-up makes its way out of your body through your other organs including your skin. This is one of the explanations behind the development of acne. Drinking coconut water helps to detoxify your body.

Quick benefits :
Treats Acne

If you have blackheads and other types of acne then you can also use coconut water as a mask. If you don’t have time to let the coconut water rest on your face then you can simply wash your face with it. For maximum results, you can also combine other ingredients with the coconut water. For instance, you can make a mask with gram flour and coconut water  for better results. Using coconut water as a face mask not only cleanses but also tones your skin. Many people also claim that applying coconut water to their skin also helped them get rid of their acne scars.
Treat Skin Tan
For sun tan or sun burn you can apply a pack of Fuller’s earth mixed in coconut water. Scrub this mixture on your face gently. After a while wash it away with cold water. Coconut water will help in keeping the sun tan at bay.
Prevents Skin Infections
Skin infections are another major problem that occurs mostly during this season.Coconut water works wonders to treat infections. The anti fungal, anti-viral and anti-microbial properties in coconut water will help in treating the skin infection effectively. You can apply this water just like a moisturizer directly or you can even take bath with the water mixed with coconut water.
Oily Skin
People suffering from oily skin can use coconut water to get rid of it. This water will help in toning and cleansing of the excess oil present in the skin making it look more healthy and smooth.
Apart from the benefits of coconut water for skin mentioned above, it can also help in effective weight loss. Coconut water also has several other health benefits such as increasing the metabolism rate and providing all the essential nutrients and minerals to the body. Many of the common skin issues and other health issues can be treated easily with the help of this water than any other chemical product or medications.

Hello friends hope you all are doing well and enjoying every second of your lives because no matter how screwed up things are around its still the most precious gift! Sometimes all it takes are just a few seconds to put a speed breaker in your  head and make you realize the good things you have been blessed with. It could be anyone or anything. Could be a friend, family, lover, colleague, teacher or a small note book. Yes a "note book". An old note book that I used to maintain three years ago brought back beautiful memories of my past and turned my otherwise boring weekend into a special one. What is special about the notebook is that it only contains the good things that has happened in the past. I used to have this habit of noting down that one good thing no matter how trivial that made me smile during the day. While someday it was about travelling to some new corner of the city to have chaai on another day a packet of Kurkure did the trick. If one day I scribbled about a new friend I made another day it was a known person who smiled at me after ages and made my day.The real essence of life lies in savoring all the small things around us.With each page that I flipped just realized  how blessed I am.Don't remember when exactly I stopped noting down but missed two precious years...i.e 730 good things that has happened to me. I am starting right away. You can also try.
Just try it out for a week, noting down that one good thing at the end of the day that made you smile.Flip the pages at end of the week and see how rich you are, how beautiful the world is around you.

Be happy,feel beautiful!

Hello People here is the second one. Lets Scrub it!

Skin exfoliation is one beauty treatment that one should ensure to
do if you want to maintain a healthy glow on your skin. Exfoliation attempts to give a fresher look to the skin by removing dead cells and sebum that has accumulated on the skin however never over do it as excessive scrubbing might lead to bleeding of the skin.

Here is a simple home made scrub that is easy on on your pockets and but gives great results...

Ingredients required oil (almond/coconut) and sugar.
Mix the oil and sugar in 2:1 ratio and mix it well.
Scrub your skin with the mixture gently till the sugar granules melt into your skin. Wash off it water and apply a toner to close your skin pores. Follow it up by using a gentle moisturizer.

Sugar scrub is very useful in acne treatment and for people with oily skin the above scrub can be used by substituting oil with honey.

Apart from all the must do beauty regime what really makes your skin glow and makes you look good is that priceless smile of yours...and like my remedies it costs you nothing.

Keep smiling stay beautiful!

Hello people this blog is for all those who value the gift of life and believe in living life per second. Writing is not really my forte but I love talking and sharing experiences and that is exactly what I intend to do here share my life and the endless list of things I am passionate about.

For starters, sharing a few tips on natural home remedies... things that are there in your kitchen and requires just a few seconds of your time.
They say "Beauty is skin deep." It is indeed and I will discuss that in my subsequent posts but right now let me just concentrate on what we see and feel first. Our skin...The three most essential steps to be followed if you love your skin, is to keep it clean, tone and moisturize it on a daily basis. So here is one ingredient that is there in our kitchen that act as a great cleanser.
Milk. Yes, that bottle of milk in your refrigerator can act as a great cleanser .
Milk is a natural exfoliant and skin softener, and an ingredient in many skin care products. You can make your own milk facial cleansers with ingredients from your kitchen.

Combine 1/2 cup of cold milk with 1/2 tsp. of salt. Stir until the salt is dissolved. Soak a cotton ball in the mixture and gently dab it over the face and neck area. Allow it to sit for 2 to 3 minutes and remove with a damp tepid cloth by gently rubbing in a circular motion. Rinse thoroughly, splashing your face with tepid water.

Will share more soon till then be happy, stay beautiful !
